Associate Programme
The role of the NHS CLN Associate provides those with a non-clinical or care professional background to become a network member and actively participate in network activities. The role is open to individual employees working in the health and care public sector, individuals working on behalf of the public sector but not directly employed and individuals working in partner organisations who are supporting the wider population health needs.
The Ask
The NHS CLN Associate will provide time, expertise and knowledge (to be agreed with the associate in advance depending on the nature of the expertise and input the associate wishes to offer). They will learn and adopt the NHS CLN values and approach to engagement and facilitation. They will encourage and support others to join the clinical and care leaders network across all levels of leadership.
