Associate Programme
The role of the NHS CLN Associate provides those with a non-clinical or care professional background as well as those with a clinical background working in non-clinical roles to become a network member and actively participate in network activities. The role is open to individuals employed in the health and care sector.
The Ask
The NHS CLN Associate will provide time, expertise and knowledge (to be agreed with the associate in advance depending on the nature of the expertise and input the associate wishes to offer). They will learn and adopt the NHS CLN values and approach to engagement and facilitation. They will encourage and support others to join the clinical and care leaders network across all levels of leadership.
Your commitment include providing up to 5 days a year (no more than 0.5 days a month) with commitment to release you by your home organisation to attend, support, and facilitate CLN activities within your own region or national events.
